Please find enclosed the information from KDPW-CCP about the authorization of the clearing house by FSA. This is an important change to Poilish interbank market as KDPW-CCP was created from scratch by Polish institution with cooperation of Polish banks. In 2011 ACI Polska supported the KDPW-CCP project (as one of two parallel ongoing projects) to speed up the work on clearing. Moreover ACI Polska together with Banks created IRS/FRA/OIS fixings which are used to mark to market the CCP positions at the end of the day.
